FINCSYS is a financial account tracking web application built by Court 323 Publishing. It helps you keep all your business finances in one secure place, offering real-time insights and detailed reports. With its user-friendly design, FINCSYS makes monitoring your accounts simple and safe.
What You’ll Need
Before you get started, make sure you have:
- An internet connection
- A device with Wi-Fi or LAN access
- A web browser
Step 1: Open the App
- Go to the Open App link at the top-right corner of the FINCSYS home page.
- You’ll be directed to the login page.
- If you don’t have an account yet, click the Register tab.
Step 2: Fill Out the Registration Form
When creating your account, you’ll need to enter:
- Username
- Company Name
- Industry (based on your NAICS industry code; choose the closest match)
- Email Address
- Password
- Company Description
- Security Question (used to confirm your identity, if needed)
- Security Answer
Step 3: Verify Your Email
- After submitting the form, you’ll receive a six-digit code by email.
- Open the email and click the verification link to confirm your account.
Step 4: Log In
Once you’ve completed registration, sign in using the same email and password you provided during registration.
