We are now open for submissions for University Media’s sixth issue. We are accepting art, photography, short stories, and poetry. University Media’s next issue is titled King of Hearts, and we are giving $100 to every artists and writer accepted. We are looking for a specific theme in our submissions. Submit here.

Stories of a prideful lover that puts their own achievements to the side for who they love.
Stories of a passionate leader through a perilous journey or tough moment in their life.
Stories of a maniacal sinner that fights for their own cause or for someone else’s cause
Stories of a person that bleeds gold and faces challenges with rigor and dignity.
Submission Policy
Short Stories (3,000 words – 7,000 words)
Poetry (3-5 poems)
Illustrations (5-7 illustrations, Please put name as the file name)
Photography (5-7 photos, Please put name as the file name)
12-point font with double-spaced paragraphs.
On page 1 please include the author’s name, submission title, and genre.
Please put poetry, illustrations, and photography into one zip folder before uploading, if more than one submission.
Illustrations and Photography will be in black and white when printed.
Content is carefully read before consideration, as our publishing process is lengthy.
We do not disqualify submissions for formatting inconsistencies or typos.
Preferred: August 31st, 2025
Deadline: September 30th, 2025
